Individual Coaching Sessions Cultic/Spiritual Abuse Recovery Specialist

Individual recovery coaching is provided by Wendy Duncan who is a retired social worker with a master’s degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. She has spent most of her career in the mental health field and recently retired from Garland Behavioral Hospital. Wendy was also a former member of a pseudo-Christian, Bible-based group, and several years after leaving, she became active in cult awareness activities. She and Doug facilitated a support group for eighteen years ago and the group recently transitioned to a new facilitator, Molly Koshatka.
Benefits of Recovery Coaching
  • Provide a safe place to discuss past experience and involvement in unhealthy cultic or spiritually abusive groups.
